SHIPPING - WITHDRAWAL - REFUND
GENERAL
1. Placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information provided on this website and the distance sales contract.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased.
3. The shipping charges, domestic or international, as well as all border tax and customs fees that may arise, will be paid by the Buyer.
4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the Buyer, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyer may terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered in full and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with documents such as warranty certificate or user manual, if any.
6. Should it become impossible to deliver the purchased product, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about the predicament. The cost of the purchase must be returned in full to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED IS NOT PAID FOR:
7. If the Buyer fails to finalize the payment for the purchased product or cancels the payment through their bank, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
SHOPPING MADE WITH AN UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
8. After the product is shipped or delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used at purchase was used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the amount due is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer shall pay to the Seller the shipping cost of the product subject to the contract within 3 days; the shipped product must be returned to the Seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE LEGAL TIME FRAME FOR UNPROJECTED REASONS:
9. If force majeure occurs that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer is notified. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar product or the delay of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, and if they made the payment in cash, this fee will be returned to them in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation; the bank will complete the transfer to the Buyer within 2-3 weeks.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
10. The buyer will inspect the contracted goods at the time of receiving them from the cargo company. Dented, broken, torn packaging, as well as damaged and defective goods must not be accepted from the cargo company. The received goods shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact.
The Buyer is held responsible for the goods after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods should be returned in the original unopened cargo packaging. The relevant invoice must also be returned therewith.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
11. Due to the personal nature of the goods, products deemed delivered are not refundable or replacable.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract only by notifying the Seller prior to the completion of the shipment or by rejecting the delivery by the cargo company, provided that they notify the Seller by sending email to permitted.love@gmail.com with the information as requested below:

12. The right of withdrawal is specified in Distance Contracts and Cancellation Conditions, and the Buyer places an order knowing the withdrawal conditions.
13. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal (such as shipping fees) belong to the Buyer.
14. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, until the product is deemed delivered, the Seller must be notified by e-mail sent to permitted.love@gmail.com and within the framework of the provisions of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised" regulated in this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
15. Should the purchased product be returned, the invoice for the purchase must be therewith returned to the Seller. Were the issued invoice corporate, products must be sent back with a return invoice issued by the purchasing institution. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
16. The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged within their original cargo box, including original packaging, accessories, if any, within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.
RETURN TERMS:
17. The Seller is obliged to return the paid price for the returned order (less the withdrawal costs incurred, such as shipping fees, if any) within 14 days of the receipt of the returned product.
18. Damaged or undelivered returns shall not be reimbursed by the Seller.
